TESTING AGE
We provide diagnostic studies on patients 5 years old and older. Parents are required to stay with children under the age of 18 years old.
TESTING RESULTS
We will strive to get your physician your test results as soon as possible. Due to the time consuming process it takes to score and read these studies, your patience is greatly appreciated. Your physician should receive the diagnostic results in about 14-21 business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy.
If for any reason you have to cancel or reschedule, we require 48 hours’ notice. You will be charged $300.00 if you fail to give the required 48 hours’ notice or fail to show up for your appointment.
There is no day staff on the weekends. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, this will need to be done Monday – Thursday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
